The worsted Shetland yarn used in the Spring Summer collection is a natural undyed and sustainable fibre. Shetland sheep graze on the island’s hills and beaches eating wild heather and seaweed. This diet along with the Scottish weather makes Shetland wool soft, strong and warm. The finest and softest of all British wools.
These qualities have a merino worsted warp and Shetland worsted weft. Our selected fabrics have a traditional Mohair suiting finish which helps to enhance the crisp handle of the worsted Shetland.
